Hydroponic culture media:

Perlite: moderately water absorbent

Peat moss: It is obtained from the decay of swamp plants such as mosses. This media has several times its capacity to absorb water inside.

Cocopeat: Cocopeat, by combining several types of soil, is a suitable media for growing plants.

Leaf soil: Leaf soil is obtained from the accumulation of decayed leaves.

Composted manure: It is the most common and widely used growing media, which is naturally enriched with nitrogen and phosphate.

Vermicomposting: cation exchange and water retention capacity in this substrate is very high.

Vermiculite: This culture medium is at a high level in terms of water holding capacity.
