Plug Tray manufacturing machine consists of two main lines:
1- Extruder line
2- Press forming line
In extruder line (screw, cylinder, head and the thermal plates), raw materials, such as granules or grinding materials, are dumped into the material tank, then transformed into a warm sheet with variable thickness. At the next step, the sheet enters to the forming line and convert to a tray with molding press. The ability to produce different trays and containers is a prominent feature of this device.
