Modular Cabin / Modular Structure

Modular Structures – Applications & Advantages

Where do modular structures make sense, and what benefits do they offer?

High resistance to earthquakes, storms, and harsh environmental conditions

Ideal for locations where additional space is needed beyond an existing building or old structure

Suitable for creating new managerial offices, control rooms, or conference rooms

Perfect for rented properties where tenants need extra space but are not allowed to build

Useful in cases where additional floor area is required after receiving the building completion certificate

A practical solution when municipal construction permits cannot be obtained

Suitable for garden plots where conventional construction would require cutting trees to create access routes—helping preserve vegetation and the environment

  • Eco-friendly due to no need for heavy excavation or concrete foundations, reducing soil and water impact
  • Eliminates the high costs of land-use change permits
  • Can be transported and traded as capital equipment, similar to vehicles or industrial machinery
  • Widely used in factories, workshops, greenhouses, villas, farms, and construction project offices
  • Customizable design based on user requirements and environmental conditions
  • Optimized construction process and easy installation
  • Reduced material loss during manufacturing
  • Easy maintenance with warranty support

Why Choose a Modular Cabin?

  1. Modern and customized appearance
  2. Significant time savings compared to conventional construction
  3. One-day installation using a crane
  4. Modern interior design tailored to defined requirements
  5. Ergonomic design considerations: lighting, temperature, interior height, etc.
  6. Standard thermal and sound insulation
  7. High durability, strong build quality, and easy maintenance

A Structure Designed Around Your Needs

A modular cabin engineered based on ergonomic and architectural standards—featuring easy access, wide visibility across factory environments, and three-sided branding surfaces for advertising.

Design & Construction Process of a Modular Cabin

1. Initial Concept Design

Developed based on actual site conditions:

  • Constraints
  • Available facilities
  • User requirements & legal obligations
  • Concepts, ideas, and initial assumptions

2. Structural Design & Engineering

After reviewing and finalizing the proposed concepts, the final design is approved and enters the production schedule.

Construction & Assembly Stages

Stage 1 – Fabrication

  • Precision laser cutting
  • Assembly of the main structure
  • Installation of outer panels
  • Installation of interior components
  • Body painting
  • Final assembly
  • Door and window installation
  • Insulation
  • Delivery and installation on site

Stage 2 – Body Assembly

Covers, roofing panels, joints, and crane hooks are installed.

After internal and external insulation, the painting process starts.

All dimensions are controlled according to the approved drawings.

Stage 3 – Final Assembly

Each section of the cabin is built separately and then assembled on site using a crane.

Interior Design

Once the cabin is installed and the joints and insulation are completed, the interior furnishing begins.

Walls, flooring, ceiling, cabinets, drawers, and desks are built and installed based on the approved interior design.

Interior finishing can also be completed inside the factory before shipment.

Interior design and equipment selection are based on:

  • User needs
  • Defined functions
  • Ergonomic and dimensional standards
  • High-quality materials
  • Harmony between furniture and the main structure
